What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

US orders: First class mail starts at $3.95 and adds .03 cents per item

Priority mail at $7.50 and adds .10 cents per item

Canadian orders: Shipping starts at $10 and adds .25 cents per item

For orders to any other international location, please call us at 707-822-4229 to get the rate.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as Paypal and personal checks.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.  After it is processed and shipped, time in transit will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

If you need your order by a particular date, or require a faster shipping method, please give us a call at 888-822-7075 and we’ll be happy to make arrangements to get your order to you by the date needed.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You can log into your account to view and print your invoices at any time.  We will also email you a copy of the invoice on the day we ship, and include a hard copy of the invoice in the package with your order.
